Game will not work

Subject: Game will not work Mon May 28, 2012 5:52 pm

I got an error when I clicked the icon for Nanatsun...

It said: The Program Can't start because d3dx9_37.dll is missing from your computer.

I am on my Boyfriend's laptop. If that error means he does not have Direct X then it is wrong for he does have it.
And yes, I DID redownload.

It isnt just Direct X its some odd plugin that lets ogre work
